Donna from Mililani Town Hawaii Debt Relief Review

It took me a while to call in and take that first step to clear up my credit. I was very reluctant to call. However, after talking to Richard, I felt a whole lot better about my situation. Although I am just starting, I feel that this is going to work for me.

What We Offer

Pacific Debt Relief helps people reduce and eliminate debt through two main programs:

  • Debt Settlement: We negotiate with your creditors to settle accounts for less than you owe. Typically save 40-60% off your balances.
  • Debt Management: We set up a monthly payment plan to pay down your debt over 3-5 years with reduced interest rates.

Both options can help you get out of debt faster and save money. Our dedicated debt experts walk you through the pros and cons of each program and create a customized plan to fit your needs and budget.

The process is simple - get a free consultation, enroll in a program, make monthly payments to us, and we handle the rest! Most people complete our debt relief programs in 2-4 years.

FAQs

  • Does debt settlement hurt my credit?

Debt settlement may negatively impact your credit initially when accounts are settled, but can improve it over time as balances are paid off.

  • How much does your service cost?

Our fees are 15-25% of your enrolled debt, depending on the program chosen. For example, if you enroll $20,000 in debt, our fee would be $3,000 to $5,000. Fees can be spread out over the course of the program.

  • What debts can you help with?

We can help with unsecured debt like credit cards, medical bills, personal loans, and more. We do not handle mortgages, auto loans, or federal student loans.

  • How long does the process take?

Most debt settlement programs take 2-4 years from start to finish. The timeline depends on your financial situation. With consistent payments from you, we can negotiate and settle accounts within 12-48 months.

  • Will creditors sue me or garnish my wages?

When accounts are in our program, creditors are less likely to pursue legal action. We set aside funds to make settlement offers before accounts become delinquent. As long as you make your program payments, we can prevent lawsuits.

  • When will creditors stop contacting me?

Once enrolled, we send letters requesting creditors stop communication with you. It may take 30-90 days for them to process the requests and stop calls and letters. If any do contact you, let us know and we will intervene.

  • How are my monthly payments determined?

We conduct a financial review to determine an affordable monthly payment amount based on your budget. Many people start around 1-2% of their total enrolled debt.
