Senior Support Representative


Pacific Debt supports individuals looking to get out of debt, and has been providing this service since 2002. We are looking for applicants who works well with others, are comfortable on the phone and build client rapport easily, to join our team as a Senior Support Representative. Individuals with experience in Admin and Customer Service are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting up to 16 people in the Settlement Department and Negotiations team
  • Answering phones
  • Answering clients questions
  • Provide follow-up support
  • Running reports
  • Data entry
  • Faxing
  • Filing
  • Other misc. administrative projects

Qualifications

  • Self motivated and dependable
  • Proficient in Google Suites
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years Administrative experience

M-Th 7AM-4PM

Friday 8AM-3PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour

This is currently a remote position, applicants should be equipped to work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment
