Pacific Debt, Inc. is an established debt relief provider located in downtown San Diego. We have been in business since 2002 and are seeking to hire several top producing Inside Sales Reps, to aide our growing team. The position is full time and our top reps enjoy great earnings and benefits, in a fun and fast paced environment.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective clients over the phone and review all of their options for debt relief. We take a consultative approach to our enrollments, so you must be friendly, quick thinking and empathetic with strong verbal and telephone skills.
  • Our enrollment agreements are sent electronically via a web based CRM and Docusign. You must be comfortable with computers, data entry and some multi-tasking. Patience is required while walking our clients through the enrollment process.
  • Manage a queue of prospective clients and remain focused throughout the day – you will be making outbound dials, taking inbound inquires as well as following up with calendar appointments. We have very strong leads, there is no cold calling.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Two years or more of sales experience – inside sales is preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate, negotiate and overcome objections, as well as to articulate a clear plan of action to our clients
  • Must be honest and ethical. We don’t sugar-coat our program or mislead clients. Calls are monitored to ensure that our employees sell our program the “right way”.
  • We do a background screening, so no felonies, fraudulent activities etc. Our company has an A+ rating with the BBB and is a member of several trade associations so we only hire employees who we feel reflect those values.
  • Must be a hard worker, who can stay positive throughout the day while dialing.
  • Must be coachable. We offer feedback to help you succeed, so it is important that you are open to coaching and are able to take that information and apply it while dialing.
  • Track record of success and the ability to close business

Inside Sales Representative Benefits:

  • Health insurance plan as well as dental and vision available within 90 days of employment
  • 401k and FSA
  • Base hourly rate of $14-$18 per hour (DOE)
  • Commission paid monthly in addition to hourly rate. Top commissioned reps can earn in excess of $60,000 per year. Ramp up period to maximum earnings potential is approx 3 months.
