Kenneth's Debt Relief Experience

Kenneth shares his positive experience with Pacific Debt's debt relief services. He decided to work with Pacific Debt because of their positive reviews. Kenneth worked closely with his account manager Carly, who he says was very helpful in explaining the debt relief process. She assisted him in negotiating lower principal balances on his accounts. At the time of writing his review, Kenneth was halfway through Pacific Debt's program and felt they had made his financial situation much more manageable, despite higher fees. Overall, he was pleased with the debt reduction Pacific Debt achieved for him.

Kenneth’s Journey

I was way behind on my bills and needed help clearing things up. I decided to go with Pacific Debt because of the reviews. I gave the people at Pacific Debt eight different credit card accounts and they negotiated to get the principal reduced and calculated a payment for me that would take care of the immediate debts. Carly, the account manager, is the one I communicate with the most. I’m impressed with her courtesy, friendliness, and willingness to assist me. She laid out what was going on and what was the process. We just put the money in to cover what's needed. She has helped me out greatly and we’re halfway through the debtors. Pacific Debt Inc has made things financially easier. Their rate is a little high but it’s worth the money because they’ve been working very hard on getting a lot accomplished and getting our principal reduced by a lot.
