As a Client Care Specialist you will assist newly enrolled clients, by conducting an initial quality assurance call, building rapport over their first 6 months of enrollment and maintain client retention. All customer interactions take place over the phone, via inbound and outbound calls.

Pacific Debt is looking for someone with good communication skills, who can build rapport and work well in a fast paced environment, with great attention to detail.

Client Care Specialist Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Build rapport with clients easily
  • Flexible, coachable
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in over the phone quality assurance
  • 2+ years over the phone customer service experience
  • Ability to type 40 WPM

Client Care Specialist Benefits

  • The position is full-time
  • Compensation: $17 per hour (DOE)
  • Medical and Dental benefits available after 90 days
  • Onsite access to Gym for all employees


  • M-TH from 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am-3:00pm


We are located in downtown San Diego close to public transportation hubs, including the trolley and bus stops. Paid parking is not available.
